Payment is due at time of scheduling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. 

Travel:

For ‘further out’ trips, we may need to add a fee to cover time and gas. If this is the case, we will contact you to with this information before the shoot is booked.

Preparation:

We don't know what we're walking in to. We hope you do :) For best results, we encourage you having the property professionally cleaned and staged. Remember to check all light bulbs, if that matters to you. We shoot the property in the same condition we find it. What We Shoot:

For most homes, we focus on the following areas: front exterior, back exterior, special views (waterfront, etc), living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, secondary bedrooms and bonus rooms. Smaller bathrooms, utility rooms, showers, bath tubs, and garage interiors are typically not provided unless specifically instructed.

Meet Us Onsite:

Your end product will result from the creative vision of our trained photographers, how they best see the property, and as best composed through the lens. There is art involved. Interestingly, every person sees composition differently. If that's too risky for you or your client, you all are encouraged to meet us onsite to share your specific direction and vision. If there is a specific shot or angle you would like us to deliver, simply let us know. You are also welcome to review shots 'in-camera' before we finish to confirm we achieve your desired composition.

Sometimes you might like us to come back and shoot more. Need another angle or did something change with the property? We have a 'Need More' option on our website starting at $149.

How Long We Be Be At The Property:

Photo shoots typically take between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the package ordered.

Pets, People, And Signs:

We love pets but.... Pets and people can not be included in any MLS photos. Please make sure pets, their belongings (food bowls, beds, toys, etc.), and their owners are contained and out of site from all major rooms in the home. The fewer distractions, the better shots you will receive. Real estate signs / branding are not allowed in MLS photos. We can photoshop out your branding but it might look better if there is not a sign in the yard when we shoot.

Cancellations, Schedule Changes, And Property Access:

Cancellations, no-shows, and schedule changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot are subject to a $79 fee. This includes if we can not access the property for any reason.

4/1/20 payment processor update via stripe.com: credit card processing fees (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction) can not be returned on credit card refunds. For that reason, we may suggest rolling over any refund as a credit for your next shoot.

Weather:

If inclement weather prohibits exterior photos, a shoot of the exterior will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Editing:

Please visit tours.listingsinmotion.com to see our most recent work. We edit to our company standards. We generally do not re-edit after delivery to accommodate for seller preferences or taste.

Photo And Tour Delivery Expectations:

We know you want your photos ASAP. Our goal is quality work and quick turnaround. We strive for 1-2 business day turnaround. Many times we operate faster, rarely slower. When the photos are ready, you will receive an email notification with a link to your Client Panel. Safety:

Our female photographers will not photograph any property alone with any males other than the listing agent. If a photo shoot must be scheduled when a male seller would be alone with our photographer, please inform us right away so that we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedules. The safety of our photographers is of the utmost importance to us. We regret that in this day and age these precautions are necessary. We reserve the right to reschedule any photo shoot if our photographer does not feel confident in the surroundings.
